Best Shock Collar For Pitbulls:How to Stop Pitbull Mills

Although the fight seems on-going, you can do your part to stop inhumane pit bull mills. The biggest thing you can do to stop pit bull mills is to stop supporting the pit bull bill business. NEVER buy a pit bull from a pet store. Instead, go to your local ASPCA or pit bull rescue group.

These pit bulls are much less likely to have the health problems that are commonly found among pit bull mill pit bulls. These pit bulls are also in search of a home, usually coming from an abused or neglectful situation. You can do your part to save an animal from a local shelter.

If you can’t find a pit bull in your local shelter, the next best thing is to buy from a local breeder. Be sure that you can see both of the parents before purchasing the pit bull. Also obtain any legal papers. You’ll be sure to find many puppies in your local Penny Saver that are free or for a low cost. By avoiding pet store puppies, you’ll not only save yourself a ton of cash, but you’ll be doing your part to stopping this terrible industry. If you have extra cash, you can also donate to the Humane Society or local shelter that does their part everyday to save animals from pit bull mills and other abusive situations.
